Protect concrete and other surfaces from water, chemical, solvent and other concerns using Deck Flex All-Purpose Protective Sealer.
This waterborne industrial sealer can be used on a variety of surfaces including coated concrete surfaces, sidewalks, garage floors, cement tile roofs, docks (water way safe), galvanized metal, pool deck areas, garage floors, wood floors, factory floors and shingle roofs (bonds loose surface). Ideal for both commercial and residential applications.
Before application, ensure all surfaces are dry and free of dust, dirt, oil, loose granules, gravel or peeling paint and all other possible contaminants. Rusty metal must be cleaned with a wire brush and primed with a suitable primer before applying Deck Flex All Purpose Acrylic Clear Sealer. Pressure washing entire surface is recommended for best results. Be certain all surfaces are thoroughly rinsed and dry prior to applying.
Apply a thin even coat at 400 sq. ft. per gallon per coat, depending on the surface. May be applied by brush, roller or airless sprayer. Dries to touch in 1 hour, may be longer in cooler temperatures. The floor may be subjected to light foot traffic in 12 hours for recoating purposes only. If two coats are desired or necessary apply in the opposite direction of the prior coat and it should be applied within 48 hours.
Dry time considerations: Light Foot Traffic ~24 hours; Heavy Foot Traffic ~72 hours; Vehicle Traffic ~5days.
Clean tools with soap and water.
Thoroughly clean and dry surfaces and remove debris or other possible contaminants.
Apply clear sealer using a brush or roller. On average, coverage is 400 sq.ft per gallon.

If non-skid surface is required, nonskid can be broadcast on these areas while they are wet. The next coat will bind the non skid and give a durable finish. Adding a non-skid additive will reduce the life of the coating.
DO NOT allow stored product to freeze. Protective clothing and eyewear should be used during application of these products. When transporting this product, ensure the lid is tight and pail secure and upright. Do not allow pail to tumble as this may cause lid to loosen and leakage to occur. Do not store at temperatures above 100º F.
